How Long Does It Take To Activate My Account?

When a customer signs up with GlowTel, their account is created instantly. However, when you top up your account, it is done instantly and it appear in your account depending on your mode of payment. Until the balance shows up on your account, you are not able to make your Local or International calls except for free calls permitted by GlowTel.

Is it complicated to configure?

GlowTel dialler's auto-provisioning ("download-and-call" technology) lets you download our app, enter your login name and password, and start calling right away without having to adjust your phone settings.

What If I Lose My GlowTel Password?

In the event that you misplace or lose your password, you may contact our customer service by email (customerservice@glowtel.org) or go to where you see login on our website, or buy credit page, you would see an icon, “forgot my password” in empty column, you would be asked to insert your email used to register for an account. When inserted, click on send button,your password would be forwarded to your email. You can then log in and change your password.

Is There Any Expiration To Use My Pre-Paid Balance?

No. There is no time limit on how long you have to use the pre-paid balance that you have purchased. Customers who purchase call cards also have same advantage, although after first usage on Phone/call cards, customers will have 180-220 days to use up there call cards.

What Is PINLESS Calling?

PIN-less calling is a new technology that allows you to call via our access number without using your pin all the time. These services can be used on GlowTel Apps, your home or Mobile Phone. Instead of having to insert a pin number every time you make a call with the phone card, all you need to do is pick up your phone and dial our free access number and start calling. (Pin less on calling card only recognises the first phone it was used initially)

Can GlowTel Be Used From Anywhere Aside My Country Of Resident?

Yes. GlowTel is available to you nationwide and is a Global service not limited to a certain country or location. Once you sign up, you can move or travel everywhere with your GlowTel and make calls to any part of the World at same rate as long as you connected to the internet. You can also receive calls on a number when you sign up for our Residential services.

What is the CSC code?

The Card Security Code (CSC) is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back side of the credit card (typically in the signature field after your account number or last four digits of your account number). For American Express card holders, the 4-digit appears in front of your card and not behind.

When I Dial From A Cell Phone, Is There An Extra Fee?

No additional or no connection fees is charged by GlowTel, neither is there any surprise charges using GlowTel. Is GlowTel App Only For Outgoing Calls, Or For Receiving Calls As Well?

GlowTel users can receive incoming VoIP calls from members on their GlowTel number. Every member is assigned a number which other GlowTel users can call you on.
This number can be seen on either when you log in with your account details on our website or on your account page on GlowTel apps. Note aside from GlowTel users, other networks cannot call you on this number. When you apply for Residential number through GlowTel website, you can make a choice from the list of countries available from our virtual numbers. This is a virtual number so it does not have to be a local number of where you are situated. For example, you can receive calls on an American number even if you are in the UK, and not be charged additionally. This would also let your American friends and colleagues call you on a local American number, no matter where you actually are in the world. Multiple Numbers Can Be Assigned To One GlowTel App.

Can GlowTel User Call Internationally And Are The Rates Cheap?

If GlowTel User is calling a number outside of GlowTel network, or a regular landline or cell phone number, they will be able to take advantage of GlowTel low calling rates, but the calls won’t be free like they are on GlowTel network.

Can IP-PBX business clients use GlowTel dialler?

Absolutely, GlowTel offers GlowTel IP-PBX clients dialling to their extension on their mobile diallers’, and even call transferring between their IP-PBX phones and mobile soft phones. Features such as voicemail-to-email and call forwarding are very useful to corporate clients and are compatible with their mobile diallers. GlowTel IP-PBX users can have their office number and extension on the go with them at all times.
